Brian Backer is an experienced consultant in Customer Experience measurement, insights, and management. As a Director at CFI Group, Brian and his team consult blue chip organizations in optimizing customer satisfaction and loyalty, utilizing customer metrics to drive process improvements that deliver positive ROI. He has a strong background in Voice of the Customer measurement as well as in business intelligence and process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
Aside from his work at CFI Group, Brian is an avid sports fan and enthusiastic supporter of his hometown Atlanta Hawks, Braves, and Falcons. Brian is also involved as a volunteer, board member, and consultant to several non-profit organizations.
